The City Council amended the regular meeting time from 7 p.m. to 6 p.m. effective June 1, 2026. More information is found under the News tab.
This nature area is 16 acres of land comprised of wetlands and uplands which were historically located in what is called the “Big Woods” ecosystem as part of the deciduous forest biome. Tucked away in what many consider the rural area of the city, it's a favorite destination for bird and wildlife viewing.
