Administration

The Administration Department oversees the daily operations and administration of the City and works closely with the City Council to implement Council policies and directives. The services provided by the Administration Department include: city elections, recycling, records retention, data practices, licensing, public relations, human resources, and IT/communications.

Assessing

The Assessor’s office estimates market value and classifies all property in Medina.

Licensing & Permits

Licenses issued by the Administration/City Clerk office. The city does not issue general business licenses.

Data Requests

The Minnesota Government Data Practices Act gives you, and all other members of the public, the right to see and have copies of public data that we keep. The law also controls how we keep government data and how we respond to requests for data.
