Important Update: New Utility Billing Portal Now Live
The link to create your new water, sewer, or stormwater utility account is now available.
You can register your account today on the BS&A Online Portal here: Pay Utility Bill Online
Be sure to check out the “Frequently Asked Questions” if you need further assistance in setting up your account.
Please keep the following key details and timeline in mind:
Current Billing Cycle: is for services from June 1, 2026, to July 13, 2026. The due date for the current billing cycle is August 28, 2026.
Next Billing Cycle: is for services from July 14 through the end of August. The due date for this billing cycle will be September 28, 2026.
New Due Date: Going forward, all utility bills will be due on the 28th of each month (moving away from the previous "last Friday" schedule").
