In late July/early August, the City will transition to a new payment processing system using BS&A software. During this time, residents may experience temporary disruptions with utility billing and online invoice payments. Please note that our current payment processor PSN will have a cutoff date of July 10 and will not accept payments after this date. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make this improvement to our systems. Watch for additional information on your utility bill and in future mailings from the City.
