The City of Medina is accepting applications for two appointments to the Planning Commission!
Both terms expire December 31, 2028.
Interested residents must submit a Planning Commission application(PDF, 309KB) and a brief cover letter outlining their interest in serving. Applications are due Friday, December 12, 2025.
The Planning Commission is established under City Code Section 825.33 and consists of seven members appointed by the City Council. Members must have lived in Medina for at least two years prior to appointment, serve staggered three-year terms, and begin service on January 1. Members may not serve more than nine consecutive years; reappointment is permitted after a one-year break. All positions are voluntary, and the Commission's actions are advisory to the City Council.
